Register here to be an exhibitor and get a table in the exhibitor hall for the Wild West Roundup.
Spaces will consist of one 8-foot skirted table, two chairs, and power (if requested). The exhibitor hall will be open Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Setup can begin Friday morning at 6:00 a.m.
All exhibitors will be listed on wildwestroundup.org. For an additional $75, you have the opportunity to advertise in the information packet that all conference attendees will receive at registration.
Food is not included with exhibitor registration. To purchase food for the conference (appetizers Thursday night; breakfast Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; lunch Friday and Saturday), please select the food add-on package at checkout.
Exhibitors are welcome to attend the Colorado Gold Rush party on Saturday night. Tickets for the party are $50 and can be purchased at wildwestroundup.org/registration.
