We couldn't do this without you! There are many ways to sponsor the Wild West Roundup. You can sponsor at our Gem, Silver, Gold, or Platinum level; you can sponsor all or part of a student registration, or you can sponsor a part of the Colorado Gold Rush Gala party on Saturday night. If you'd like to make a donation in an amount or category different from the options listed, select the General Donations option on the registration page or reach out to the Wild West planning committee at info@wildwestroundup.org.

Platinum Sponsor: $2,500
Included in this option is a complimentary exhibitor table, an individual banner with your logo on it, recognition on all Wild West social media and each of the five individual states’ social media sites. You will also receive verbal recognition throughout the convention and will be recognized in all our printed materials. You may also post ads on our Wild West social media sites.
 
Gold Sponsor: $1,000
Included in this option is a complimentary exhibitor table, your logo on a shared banner with other sponsors, and recognition on our Wild West social media as well as each of the five individual states’ social media sites. You will also receive verbal recognition throughout the convention and will be recognized in our printed materials. You may also post ads on our Wild West social media sites.
 
Silver Sponsor: $500
Included in this option is your logo on a shared banner with other sponsors and recognition on our Wild West social media as well as each of the five individual states’ social media sites. You will also receive verbal recognition throughout the convention and will be recognized in our printed materials.
 
Gem Sponsor: $200
Included in this option is your logo on a shared banner with other sponsors and verbal recognition throughout the convention as well as in our printed materials.
 
Colorado Gold Rush Gala Sponsor: $50-500
Included in this option is verbal recognition as a specific sponsor of our party and your name or logo on a poster indicating your sponsorship. You may also pass out any marketing materials you choose at the party on Saturday night.
 
Sponsor a student registration at the $50, $150, or $300 level. All student sponsorships will be pooled together and split among all students attending the convention to help cover their costs to attend. Alternatively, if you would like to donate a student sponsorship to a specific person, please list that person's name in the "Additional Comments" box below, and we will make sure that student is gifted with your entire donation. If you would like to donate to students in an amount not listed, please use select the "General Donations" option on the registration page.
